Wow. This is me, a rich-broke person...overly educated and not exactly fitting in anywhere...yet belonging everywhere. Thanks, sis, for this write up. It helps me get a little closer to understanding who I am.

Feel this so much. We were a working to working-middle to middle-class family, but we were the "rich kids" because we had a house and two cars in the driveway. Never mind those two cars were out of necessity, not luxury, because otherwise my parents would have had a heck of a time getting to work. I was the quiet bougie kid who didn't feel like I fit in with any class. My mother never gave us fried bologna, but ask me about some franks and beans, though, which still hits, especially on a cold day.
